摘  要:在辐照加工工业中,辐照电子加速器的应用规模正迅速扩大,其应用领域越来越广,这对加速器设备的制造、辐照加工工艺提出了更高的要求。束流强度是辐照加速器设备的重要参数之一,影响着辐照产品质量的好坏。针对辐照电子加速器束流强度的测量进行了研究,基于引出加速器的电子束的扫描脉冲特性,设计了新的电子收集器——法拉第杯,通过蒙特卡洛方法对其电子收集效率进行了仿真,同时设计了一套具有积分功能的信号采集电路,对采集到的电信号进行处理。该套装置在1.2 MeV电子辐照加速器下,进行了 0.5~5 mA的束流强度测量实验,实验结果表明,设计的电子收集器及配套的信号采集电路能够有效测量束流强度,为辐照加速器的生产、辐射加工工艺提供了参考。In the radiation processing industry,the application scale of irradiated electron accelerators is rapidly expanding,and its application fields are becoming wider and wider,which puts forward higher requirements for the manufacture of accelerator equipment and irradiation processing technology.Beam intensity is one of the important parameters of irradiation accelerator equipment,which affects the quality of irradiated products.The beam intensity measurement of the irradiated electron accelerator is studied.Based on the scanning pulse characteristics of the electron beam from the accelerator,a new electron collecting device—Faraday cup is designed,and its electron collecting efficiency is measured by the Monte Carlo method.Simultaneously,a set of signal acquisition circuit with integral function is designed to process the collected electrical signals.The device has carried out a 0.5~5 mA beam intensity measurement experiment under a 1.2 MeV electron irradiation accelerator.The experimental results show that the designed electron beam collection device and the supporting signal acquisition circuit can effectively measure the beam intensity,which provides a reference for the production and radiation processing technology of the accelerator.
