摘  要:针对高功率固体激光器中由于多回路氙灯泵浦能量不一致导致激光光束间能量差异的问题,此处从泵浦电源和氙灯负载两个方面进行了仿真分析。分析表明,泵浦电源中调波元件参数、排布方式及氙灯充气气压对泵浦能量一致性起主要作用,通过仿真计算了 20路氙灯负载情况下,不同上述参数对泵浦能量一致性的影响程度。计算表明,20路调波元件电感参数的偏差控制在±3%的范围内,泵浦能量的不一致性为1.1%;氙灯充气气压误差控制在±3%的范围内,泵浦能量不一致性为0.6%;调波元件单圆周排布相对双圆周排布方式磁场分布更均匀,有利于泵浦能量一致性。Aiming at the problem of energy difference between high power solid-state laser beams,the energy consistency of multi-circuit xenon lamp pump power supply is analyzed.The analysis shows that the parameters of the ballast component,the arrangement of it and the xenon lamp pressure play a major role in the pump energy consistency,and the effects of different parameters on the pump energy under the load of 20-channel xenon lamps are calculated by simulation.The calculation results show that the inductance of the 20-channel ballast component is within±3% of the deviation,the inconsistency of the pump energy is 1.1%,and the pressure is within ±3% of the deviation,the inconsistency of the pumping energy is 0.6%.The single circle arrangement of the ballast element has a more uniform magnetic field distribution than the double-circle arrangement which is beneficial to the consis-tency of the pump energy.
