摘 要:提出了一种应用于多级线圈电磁发射装置的时序控制策略,通过现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实时控制后级晶闸管最佳延时触发,优化各级脉冲电流的配合,实现驱动线圈加速效果的叠加性。通过原理分析及仿真验证,完成系统主平台的参数整定,确定时序控制器的运算逻辑,引入电磁兼容模块以防止前后级相互干扰。最后在实验室搭建平台进行验证,结果表明在多个电压等级下,该策略能够实现多级线圈加速过程的时序配合,验证了控制策略的准确性和有效性。A time sequence control strategy is proposed which applied to multi-stage coil launcher system.The field programmable gate array(FPGA) is used to control the best delay trigger of the subsequent stage thyristor in real time to optimize the sequential coordination of the pulse current.In this way,the superposition of the acceleration effect of the drive coil can be realized.Through principle analysis and simulation verification,the parameter tuning of the main platform of the system is completed,the operation logic of the time sequence controller is determined.Furthermore,electromagnetic compatibility modules are added to prevent mutual interference between the front and rear stages.Finally,a platform is built in the laboratory for verification.The results show that under multiple voltage levels,this strategy can achieve the time sequence coordination of the multi-level coil acceleration process.The accuracy and effectiveness of the control strategy are verified.
