摘 要:在空间电源领域,激光载荷一般通过供电电源挂载在平台母线或蓄电池母线上,为了减小后级载荷工作时对前级的电流反射纹波,激光载荷供电电源一般均需要具备限流输出的能力。推挽电路因具有隔离式、中功率、驱动简单等优势,适合用作激光载荷供电电源的主功率拓扑。推挽电路一般由电压外环和峰值电流内环组成控制环路,其中,电压环控制输出电压稳定,电流环控制输入电流,从而保证变压器不会偏磁,但该电路不易实现输出限流功能。基于现有的推挽电路控制策略,通过对UC1825芯片软启动电压的控制,实现对激光载荷供电电源的输出限流控制。通过仿真及实验验证,该限流控制策略适用于推挽电路,且限流功能优异、可靠性高。In the field of space power supply,the laser load is generally mounted on the platform bus or battery bus through the power supply.In order to reduce the current reflection ripple of the previous stage when the downstream load is working,the laser load power supply generally needs to have a current limiting output ability.The push-pull circuit is suitable for the main power topology of the laser load power supply due to its advantages of isolation and medium power.The push-pull circuit generally consists of a voltage outer loop and a peak current inner loop.Among them,the voltage loop controls the output voltage to stabilize and the current loop controls the input current to ensure that the transformer will not be biased,but the circuit is not easy to achieve the output current limiting function.Based on the existing push-pull circuit control strategy,this paper proposes to control the output current limiting of the laser load power supply by controlling the soft-start voltage of the UC1825 chip.Through simulation and experimental verification,the current-limiting control strategy is suitable for push-pull circuits,and has excellent currentlim-iting functions and high reliability.
