摘 要:神经干细胞因具有自我更新和定向分化的特性而广泛应用于研究神经系统发育领域。研究表明,大气污染物具有神经发育毒性,通过分析神经干细胞发育过程(增殖、分化等)中的相关分子,可用来进行该污染物对神经干细胞的毒性效应评估,评估对神经系统发育的影响。本文依据现有研究,对大气污染物中的细颗粒物、铅、汞、多溴联苯醚、一氧化碳影响神经干细胞增殖与分化的研究进行综述,为进一步研究空气污染引起的神经系统相关疾病的发病机制提供参考和思路。Neural stem cells(NSCs) are widely applied to study the development of the nervous system because of their self-renewal and directed differentiation proprties.Some studies have illuminated that atmopheric pollutants are neurodevelopmental toxic.Atmospheric pollutants are neurodevelopmentally toxic and can be used to assess the toxic effects of this pollutant on neural stem cells by analysing the molecules involved in the development of neural stem cells(proliferation, differentiation and so on) and to assess the effects on the development of the nervous system.Based on the previous research, this paper reviews the relevant studies on the effects of fine particulate matter(PM2.5),lead, mercury, polybrominated diphenyl ethers and carbon monoxide in atmospheric pollutants on the proliferation and differentiation of NSCs, provide references and thought for further research into the pathogenesis of neurological diseases caused by air pollution.
