摘 要:目的调查2019年石家庄市幼儿园儿童蛲虫感染现状,分析影响蛲虫感染率的因素,为更好地预防和控制蛲虫病提供流行病学资料。方法采用透明胶纸法对石家庄市6所幼儿园(市区4所、郊区2所)605名儿童进行肛周蛲虫虫卵采集,显微镜下筛查阳性标本,应用卡方检验对结果进行统计学分析。结果受检儿童共计605人,蛲虫总感染率为3.80%;依据性别分组,男童感染率(4.17%)与女童感染率(3.41%)组间差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.23,P>0.05);依据年龄分组,>5~6岁组感染率为9.17%,明显高于3~4岁组(0.58%)和>4~5岁组(0.49%),各组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=29.04,P<0.05);依据区域分组,郊区组感染率为13.17%,高于市区组(0.23%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=55.40,P<0.05);依据幼儿园收费标准分组,其中≤1 000元组感染率为12.57%,明显高于>1 000~1 500元组(0.48%)和>1 500元组(0.44%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=48.66,P<0.05)。结论 2019年石家庄市幼儿园儿童蛲虫感染率较低,蛲虫感染与幼儿年龄及所处环境卫生情况等因素密切相关,但是蛲虫病有"易治难防"的特点,仍应采取相应措施控制传播。Objective To investigate the current status of Enterobius vermicularis(E vermicularis) infection among kindergarten children in Shijiazhuang in 2019,to analyze the factors influencing the infection rate of E vermicularis,and to provide epidemiological data for better prevention and control of E vermicularis infection.Methods The transparent adhesive tape was used to collect perianal E vermicularis eggs of 605 children from 6 kindergartens in Shijiazhuang(4 kindergartens in urban areas and 2 kindergartens in suburbs).The positive samples were screened under microscope and the results were statistically analyzed by chi-square test.Results The total infection rate of E vermicularis was 3.80% in 605 tested children.The inter-group difference in the infection rate of boys(4.17%) and of girls(3.41%) was not statistically significant according to the grouping by sex(χ^(2)=0.23,P>0.05).According to age grouping, the infection rate in the group older than 5 to 6 years old(9.17%) was significantly higher than that in the 3 to 4 years old(0.58%) and the group older than 4 to 5 years old(0.49%),and the difference among groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=29.04,P<0.05).According to the regional grouping, the infection rate in the suburban group(13.17%) was higher than that in the urban group(0.23%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=55.40,P<0.05).According to the charging standard of kindergartens, the infection rate in the group less than or equal to 1 000 Yuan(12.57%) was significantly higher than that in the group greater than 1 000 to 1 500(0.48%) and the group greater than 1 500(0.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=48.66,P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of E vermicularis in children from kindergartens in Shijiazhuang is low in 2019,and E vermicularis infection is closely related to the age and environmental and sanitary conditions of children, and appropriate control measures should be taken to control the spread of E vermicularis infection due to its “easy t
