摘　　要：主要介绍了新车型开发过程中如何解决汽车涂胶密封漏水问题的案例,采用5Why质量工具对产生涂胶密封漏水问题的真因进行探究,最终通过增加涂胶宽度彻底解决了此漏水问题,提升了整车防水密封性能。The case that how to deal with sealing water leakage problem during the new car debugging process was introduced.Using the 5Why quality tool to analyse the true reasons for this problem.Finally,the problem of water leakage was completely solved by increasing the sealing width.The waterproof and sealing performance of the whole vehicle was improved.
