摘　　要：监狱罪犯处遇的好坏,既彰显了刑罚的文明程度,又体现了刑罚惩罚的强弱。影响监狱罪犯处遇的因素不外乎两大因素,即“徒刑”的核心价值所在与监狱具体执法行为。为保持罪犯处遇处在合理限度,有必要明确规制“徒刑”惩罚的具体指向、谨慎选择惩罚类行为的实施重点与着力提高改造类行为的落实质量。The quality of prison criminals'treatment not only demonstrates the civilized level of punishment,but also reflects the strength of punishment.The two factors that affect the treatment of prisoners are the core value of imprisonment and the specific law enforcement of prisons.In order to keep the punishment of criminals within a reasonable limit,it is necessary to clarify the specific direction of the imprisonment punishment,carefully choose the implementation focus of punishment,and focus on improving the implementation quality of reform.
