摘　　要：目的探讨无创呼吸机用于急诊中急性左心衰竭患者中的效果及价值。方法选取我科在2020年1月至2021年7月以急性左心衰竭为急诊的285例患者,随机分试验组153例和对照组132例,试验组为在常规治疗基础上加用无创呼吸机治疗,对照组按常规治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果对于以上两组治疗效果进行比对,试验组各项指标及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),发生不良反应的概率明显低对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于抢救急性左心衰竭加用无创呼吸机的治疗,安全性能较好,使用价值较高,值得广泛推广使用。Objective To explore the effect and value of non-invasive ventilator in emergency patients with acute left heart failure.Methods A total of 285 patients with acute left heart failure in our department from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=153)and the general group(n=132).The experimental group was treated with non-invasive ventilator on the basis of conventional treatment,and the general group was treated according to conventional treatment.Compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups.Results Comparing the treatment effect of the two groups,the indexes and total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the general group(P<0.05),and the probability of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the general group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute left heart failure with non-invasive ventilator,the safety performance is good,the use value is high,and it is worth to be widely used.
