摘 要:目的评价比较两种不同无创呼吸支持模式治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效。方法病例收集时间为2019年1月至2020年12月,从我院新生儿科收治的肺透明膜病患儿中抽选出70例展开系统调查,按照随机双盲法划分成两组,对照组患儿接受经鼻持续正压通气,观察组患儿接受经鼻间歇正压通气,评价对比两组患儿的血气指标、通气治疗效果以及并发症情况。结果治疗前两组患儿的血气指标对比差异无统计意义,治疗2 h后观察组患儿的各项血气指标改善效果均显著优于对照组,统计差异有意义,P<0.05;观察组患儿上机时间、总吸氧时间、住院时间等指标显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的并发症发生率略低于对照组,统计结果P<0.05。结论临床针对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征选择经鼻间歇正压通气治疗的效果确切,对提高患儿的通气功能和改善血气指标具有积极作用,值得临床采纳。Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy of two different noninvasive respiratory support modes in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods The case collection time was from January 2019 to December 2020.70 children with pulmonary hyaline membrane disease were selected from the neonatal department of our hospital for systematic investigation.They were divided into two groups according to the random doubleblind method.The children in the control group received transnasal continuous positive pressure ventilation and the children in the observation group received transnasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation.The blood gas indexes of the two groups were evaluated and compared Ventilation treatment effect and complications.Results There was no statistical difference in blood gas indexes between the two groups before treatment.After 2 hours of treatment,the improvement effect of blood gas indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of computer time,total oxygen inhalation time and hospital stay(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of transnasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome is accurate.It plays a positive role in improving the ventilation function and blood gas indexes of children,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
