摘　　要：目的浅析他汀类药与其他药物联用时不良反应的特点及合理用药措施。方法采集100例2018年5月至2019年8月在本院联合用药治疗后出现不良反应的患者为研究对象,分析不良反应的特点及合理用药措施。结果肌肉毒性、肝毒性、消化系统症状是占比最高的不良反应,分别为32.00%、23.00%、20.00%,与其他对比呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。导致不良反应的他汀类药物品种分别为45例(45.00%)辛伐他汀、28例(28.00%)阿托伐他汀钙、10例(10.00%)普伐他汀、9例(9.00%)洛伐他汀、8例(8.00%)氟伐他汀,其中辛伐他汀、阿托伐他汀钙占比明显高于其他药品,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抗心肌药或降压药、降脂药是占比最高的联合药物,分别为33.00%和20.00%,与其他对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他汀类药物与降压药、降脂药等联合应用,易诱发肌肉毒性、肝毒性、消化系统等不良反应,但因其在心血管功能、调节血脂等方面治疗中发挥着不可替代的作用,因此需开具科学的处方,保证用药的安全性,为患者的疾病治疗提供基本保障。Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions and rational drug use measures of statin combined with other drugs.Methods One hundred patients with adverse reactions after combined drug treatment in our hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were collected as the research objects,and the characteristics of adverse reactions and rational drug use measures were analyzed.Results Muscular toxicity,hepatotoxicity and digestive symptoms accounted for the highest proportion of adverse reactions(32%,23%and 20%,respectively),showing statistical significance compared with other adverse reactions(P<0.05).Statin drug varieties causing adverse reactions were simvastatin in 45 cases(45%),atorvastatin calcium in 28 cases(28%),pravastatin in 10 cases(10%),lovastatin in 9 cases(9%)and fluvastatin in 8 cases(8%),among which the proportion of simvastatin and atorvastatin calcium was significantly higher than that of other drugs.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Anti-myocardial drugs or antihypertensive drugs and lipidlowering drugs accounted for the highest proportion of combined drugs(33%and 20%,respectively),which was statistically significant compared with other drugs(P<0.05).Conclusion Statins and blood pressure,lipid-lowering and other joint application,easy to induce muscle toxicity and adverse reactions such as liver toxicity,digestive system,but because of its in cardiovascular function,regulate blood lipids play an irreplaceable role in treatment,so need to prescribe scientific,guarantee the safety of drug use,provide basic guarantee for treatment of patients.
