优质护理在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的将优质护理应用在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中,探讨分析其应用效果。方法选择我院2019年6月至2020年6月治疗的妊娠高血压综合征产妇60例,采用随机数字法进行分组,分为对照组、观察组两组,采取传统护理的为对照组,采取优质护理的为观察组,比较两组患者的护理满意度、产后1 d的平均出血量、护理前后的血压和心率。结果观察组的护理满意度97.00%要优于对照组83.00%(P<0.05),组间对比有意义;观察组孕妇产后1 d的平均出血量低于对照组(P<0.05),组间对比有意义;护理后观察组的血压水平和心率都低于对照组(P<0.05),组间对比有意义。结论对妊娠高血压综合征产妇采用优质护理,可以有效改善孕妇的血压和心率,减少出血量,提高护理满意度,值得大力推广使用。Objective To apply high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage nursing of pregnant women with hypertension syndrome,and to explore and analyze its application effect.Methods Sixty parturients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome who were treated in our hospital between June 2019 and June 2020 were divided into two groups by random number method:comparison group and observation group.Those who received routine care were the comparison group,and those who received quality care were the observation group.The nursing satisfaction,average blood loss on postpartum day 1,blood pressure and heart rate before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group 97.00%was better than that of control group 83.00%(P<0.05),the comparison between groups was significant;The average blood loss on postpartum day 1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the comparison between groups was significant.After nursing,the blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the comparison between groups was significant.Conclusion The use of high quality nursing for pregnant women with pregnancy hypertension syndrome can effectively improve their blood pressure and heart rate,reduce the amount of bleeding,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of vigorously promoting the use.
