在喘息性支气管炎治疗中应用氨溴索的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨在喘息性支气管炎治疗中应用氨溴索的疗效及安全性。方法将我院在2017年1月至2019年6月进行治疗的120例喘息性支气管炎患者纳入研究样本,应用随机数字表法将其等分为对照组(给予抗菌药物治疗)、观察组(对照组抗菌药基础上家用氨溴索),每组60例。比较两组比较临床疗效、症状消失时间、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果临床总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为85.00%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、喘息、气促等症状消失时间均短于对照组,均P<0.05。经治疗,两组的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),但观察组各炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药后不良反应发生率间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨溴索用于喘息性支气管炎治疗中,可起到显著的疗效,缓解患者症状,减轻其炎性反应,且不良反应少,安全性可靠。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ambroxol in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis.Method The 120 patients with asthmatic bronchitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were included in the study samples,and they were equally divided into the control group(given antimicrobial treatment)and the observation group(control group)using a random number table method.Group antibacterial drugs based on household ambroxol),60 cases in each group.Compare the clinical efficacy,time of symptom disappearance,inflammatory factor levels,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group and 85.00%in the control group.The observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,wheezing,and shortness of breath in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,all P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after medication(P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis can play a significant role in relieving symptoms and inflammation,with fewer adverse reactions and reliable safety.
