胺碘酮治疗快速心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者的疗效及对hs-CRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究应用胺碘酮治疗快速心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者的临床效果及对超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法将我院心内科2016年1月至2020年12月收治的快速心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者120例纳入本次研究范围,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组应用西地兰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用胺碘酮治疗,对比两组治疗总有效情况、心功能指标、炎性因子指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率、LVEF水平高于对照组,HR、NT-proBNP、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对快速心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者应用胺碘酮治疗的效果显著,可在有效改善患者心功能的同时,降低炎性因子水平,缓解患者体内的微炎症水平,有利于改善患者的预后。Objective To explore the clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of rapid atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure and its effect on the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP).Methods A total of 120 patients with rapid atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure treated in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were included in the scope of this study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with cedilanide and the observation group was treated with amiodarone on the basis of the control group.The total effectiveness,cardiac function indexes and inflammatory factor indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and LVEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference of HR,NT proBNP,hs CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone has a significant effect on patients with rapid atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure.It can effectively improve the cardiac function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors such as hs CRP,alleviate the level of micro inflammation in patients,and is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
