摘　　要：目的探讨气肿性膀胱炎(EC)的发病特点及诊治方法。方法对我院3例气肿性膀胱炎患者的临床资料及诊治经过进行回顾性分析。结果本组3例患者经应用抗菌药物治疗,积极控制血糖,留置导尿及膀胱冲洗后,2例好转出院,1例病情无好转自动出院。结论气肿性膀胱炎为一种罕见的泌尿系感染疾病,临床症状多变,患者多合并糖尿病,CT检查有助于明确诊断,治疗以非手术治疗为主。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of emphysema cystitis(EC).Methods The clinical data,diagnosis and treatment of 3 patients with emphysema cystitis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results After antibiotics treatment,active blood glucose control,indwelling catheterization and bladder flushing,two patients were discharged after improvement,and one patient was discharged automatically without improvement.Conclusion Emphysema cystitis is a rare urinary tract infection with variable clinical symptoms and diabetes mellitus.CT examination is helpful for definite diagnosis and non-surgical treatment is the main treatment.
