一对一全程陪产整体护理在分娩室的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨一对一全程陪产整体护理在分娩室中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年8月至2018年8月接收的100例孕产妇为研究对象,按照双盲法分组原理将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组产妇实行常规性的陪产护理,观察组实行一对一全程陪产整体护理,分析不同护理措施的效果。结果对照组护理满意度82.00%,低于观察组98.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇平均产程、产后出血、优质接产以及剖宫产率,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩室内提供一对一全程陪产整体护理,充分体现“以人为中心”的理念,满足产妇的身心需要,提高产妇的护理满意度,提升分娩室护理质量,确保母婴安全。Objective To explore the application effect of one-to-one whole-course accompany holistic nursing in the delivery room.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women received in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the double-blind grouping principle,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.There were 50 cases in the two groups.The mothers in the control group were given regular paternity care,and the observation group was given one-to-one whole-course paternity care,and the effects of different nursing measures were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the control group was 82.00%,which was lower than the observation group's 98.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's average length of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,high-quality delivery and cesarean section rate were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The delivery room provides one-to-one holistic care during the whole process,which fully reflects the"people-centered"concept,meets the physical and mental needs of the mother,improves the nursing satisfaction of the mother,improves the quality of nursing in the delivery room,and ensures the safety of mothers and babies.
