摘　　要：目的对CT室的有效护理准备和配合方法进行探究。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月行CT检查的794例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各397例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,对比护理质量、护理满意度、检查合格率。结果观察护理态度(9.76±1.16)分、护理技巧(9.62±1.24)分、护理方法(9.26±1.16)分、护理效果评分(9.28±1.21)分、胸部检查合格率97.01%、腹部检查合格率100%、心脑血管检查合格率92.37%、护理总满意度98.24%均优于对照组(8.06±1.10)分、(8.16±1.02)分、(7.95±1.04)分、(8.23±1.11)分、57.25%、57.46%、53.79%、72.04%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT室采取综合护理干预效果良好,值得应用。Objective To explore the effective nursing preparation and coordination methods of CT room.Methods 794 patients who underwent CT examination from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 397 patients each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing,and the quality of nursing,satisfaction of nursing,and qualified rate of examination were compared.Results Observation of nursing attitude(9.76±1.16)poins,nursing skills(9.62±1.24)poins,nursing methods(9.26±1.16)poins,nursing effect score(9.28±1.21)poins,the qualified rate of chest examination 97.01%,the qualified rate of abdomen examination 100%,the qualified rate of cardio cerebrovascular examination 92.37%,and the total satisfaction of nursing care 98.24%were all better than the control group(8.06±1.10)poins,(8.16±1.02)poins,(7.95±1.04)poins,(8.23±1.11)poins,57.25%,57.46%,53.79%and 72.04%were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in CT room is good and worthy of application.
