手术室护理干预对胃肠道手术切口感染的预防效果

摘　　要：目的分析在胃肠手术中运用手术室护理干预预防切口感染的效果。方法挑选2019年8月至2020年8月在我院行胃肠道手术治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,选择数字表法把研究对象分成观察组与对照组,各组45例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者采取手术室护理。针对两组护理成效进行分析。结果分析两组术后切口恢复状况,观察组的甲级恢复、乙级恢复比率都高于对照组,而切口感染率,相比对照组,偏低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组术后各指标水平,观察组的住院时间与切口恢复耗时都较对照组要短,并且使用抗生素时长也比对照组更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床运用手术治疗胃肠道疾病患者时,实施手术室护理可以有效减少切口发生感染的风险,压缩治疗时间,为后续治疗奠定良好基础,促使患者尽早康复,并有利于拉近医患间的距离,使患者更加认可治疗与护理服务。Objective To analyze the effect of using operating room nursing intervention to prevent incision infection in gastrointestinal operation.Methods Ninety patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study objects,and the study objects were divided into observation group and control group by digital table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing and those in the observation group received operating room nursing.The results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The recovery rate of incision in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of hospitalization and incision recovery in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the time of using antibiotics was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical application of surgical treatment of gastrointestinal disease patients,the implementation of operating room nursing can effectively reduce the risk of incision infection,compress the treatment time,lay a good foundation for follow-up treatment,promote patients to recover as soon as possible,change the prognosis,and help to shorten the distance between doctors and patients,make patients more recognized treatment and nursing services.
