摘  要:目的观察早期糖尿病肾病实施低脂饮食护理干预的效果。方法我院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的74例早期糖尿病肾病患者为本次研究对象,按照是否行低脂饮食护理干预将所有患者分为对照组(37例:未行低脂饮食护理干预)与试验组(37例:行低脂饮食护理干预),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果试验组患者护理1个月后相关血糖检测结果、血脂测量结果以及肾功能相关参数数值均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者低脂饮食护理干预可有效改善患者血脂、血糖以及肾功能。Objective To observe the effect of low-fat diet nursing intervention on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Seventy-four cases of early diabetic nephropathy were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.All patients were divided into control group(37 cases:patients without low-fat diet nursing intervention)and experimental group(37 cases:patients with low-fat diet nursing intervention).The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The results of blood glucose,lipid and renal function parameters in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group after 1 month of nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention of low-fat diet in early diabetic nephropathy patients can effectively improve blood lipid,blood sugar and renal function.
