临床路径管理模式用于肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者护理的价值

摘　　要：目的分析临床路径管理模式用于肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者护理的价值。方法从2019年6月至2020年6月选择肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者60例,按照奇偶法平均分为对照组和观察组。每组30例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组实施临床路径管理模式护理,分析两组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分、护理满意度。结果两组患者护理前SAS、SDS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组及对照组患者护理满意度分别为93.33%、70.00%,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论临床路径管理模式护理能够改善肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的不良情绪,提升护理满意度。Objective To analyze the value of clinical pathway management model in the care of patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the parity method.Patients in the control group and the observation group received routine and clinical pathway management model nursing.The SAS,SDS scores,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were analyzed.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 93.33%and 70.00%,respectively,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between tzhe two groups(P>0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group after nursing,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway management model nursing can improve the unhealthy mood of patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores.
