摘  要:乌东德水电站混凝土拱坝坝高270 m,是第一个全面实施大坝施工期安全监测自动化的大型水电工程。混凝土大坝施工期监测自动化面临巨大困难和挑战。从仓面采集、仓面转廊道采集和廊道观测房内采集等3个阶段实施监测自动化,共接入仪器1340余支,实现了仪器埋设后遂行自动化监测,监测数据全过程无间断。采用基于LORA协议的低功耗广域网(LPWAN)技术,实现了仓面无线采集和传输,且组网灵活、施工方便。乌东德水电站施工期大坝安全监测自动化经验表明,可以取消大坝监测中的人工观测阶段,实现大坝施工和运行中的全过程监测自动化,可为智能大坝建造奠定可靠的数据基础。The Wudongde Hydropower Station with a 270 m-high concrete arch dam is the first large-scale hydropower project to fully implement safety monitoring automation during dam construction.The monitoring automation during the construction of concrete dams faces huge difficulties and challenges.The automated monitoring is implemented in three phases of data collection,including data collection from pouring surface of dam concrete blocks,data collection in the period of monitoring transfer from pouring surface to gallery,and data collection in gallery observation rooms.More than 1340 sensors are connected into the monitoring automation system.After the sensors are embedded,the automatic monitoring is carried out and the monitoring data is uninterrupted in the whole process.The low-power wide area network(LPWAN)technology based on the LORA protocol is adopted to realize the wireless collection and transmission on the pouring surface,which is flexible in configuration and convenient to implement.The experiences of dam safety monitoring automation during the construction period of Wudongde Hydropower Station showed that the manual observation phase in dam monitoring can be eliminated and the whole process of monitoring automation during dam construction and operation can be realized,which can lay a reliable data foundation for the construction of smart dams.
