电脑综合治疗仪联合间苯三酚在人工流产手术中的镇痛效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产术中应用电脑综合治疗仪联合间苯三酚对患者宫颈软化及疼痛的影响。方法本院2019年5月—2020年4月收治的350例人工流产患者,随机选取94例作为研究对象。将其以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,均为47例。对照组术中应用电脑综合治疗以镇痛,观察组在对照组基础上增加间苯三酚镇痛,比较两组患者的镇痛治疗效果、宫颈软化程度及患者满意率。结果观察组镇痛总有效率为97.87%(46/47),高于对照组的85.11%(40/47),(χ^(2)=4.919,P<0.05)。观察组宫颈软化优良率为93.62%(44/47),高于对照组的74.47%(35/47),(χ^(2)=6.425,P<0.05)。观察组镇痛满意率为95.74%(45/47),高于对照组镇痛的76.60%(36/47),(χ^(2)=7.231,P<0.05)。结论电脑综合治疗仪联合间苯三酚在人工流产术中镇痛治疗效果理想,能显著改善患者疼痛,软化宫颈,保障患者流产安全。Objective To explore the effect of a computerized comprehensive treatment device combined with phloroglucinol on cervical softening and pain in artificial abortion.Methods Among 350 artificial abortion women admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020,94 women were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.In the control group,comprehensive computerized treatment device was used for analgesia during the operation,and in the observation group,phloroglucinol was added for analgesia on the basis of the control group.The analgesic effect,cervical softening degree and patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was 97.87%(46/47),which was higher than that in the control group:85.11%(40/47)(χ^(2)=4.919,P<0.05).The excellent rate of cervical softening in the observation group was 93.62%(44/47),which was higher than that in the control group:74.47%(35/47),(χ^(2)=6.425,P<0.05).The analgesic satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),which was higher than that of the control group:76.60%(36/47),(χ^(2)=7.231,P<0.05).Conclusion The computerized comprehensive treatment device combined with phloroglucinol in artificial abortion has an optimum analgesic effect,which can significantly improve the patient’s pain,soften the cervix,and ensure the safety of abortion.
