摘 要:洛阳地区唐墓中出土的茶具按功能可以分为焙茶用具、碾茶用具、贮茶用具、煮茶用具、饮茶用具、茶滓用具;初唐—盛唐时期,茶具种类和数量较少,中唐—晚唐时期,茶具种类和数量明显增多,且出现较多银质茶具,这一现象应与唐代不同时期流行的饮茶方式关系密切;唐代饮茶之风不仅促进了中国茶文化的形成,而且对后世及周邻国家饮茶风俗、茶道思想的形成也产生了积极影响。Tea drinking utensils unearthed from tombs of the Tang Dynasty in Luoyang city can be divided into baking tea sets,grinding tea sets,storing tea sets,boiling tea sets,drinking tea sets and exhausted tea sets.From the early Tang Dynasty to the prosperous Tang Dynasty,the types and quantities of tea sets were relatively small,while from the middle Tang Dynasty to the late Tang Dynasty,the types and quantities of tea sets increased significantly,and there were more silver tea sets.This phenomenon should be closely related to the popular way of drinking tea in different periods of the Tang Dynasty.The trend of tea drinking in the Tang dynasty not only promoted the formation of Chinese tea culture,but also had a positive influence on the formation of tea drinking custom and tea ceremony thought in later generations and neighboring countries.
