摘  要:1937—1945年实施的闽茶统购统销,是国民政府全国茶叶统购统销政策的重要组成部分。闽茶统购统销顺应了社会舆论呼吁政府复兴茶业和维持战时闽茶对外贸易的现实要求。但是在具体实施、利益分配、贸易效果等层面不尽如人意,引发了政府与福建茶业界的矛盾冲突。闽茶统购统销实施的曲折历程是国民政府茶业治理的缩影,在一定程度上揭示了民国晚期福建茶业发展的举步维艰。The policy of State Monopoly for Purchase and Marketing of Fujian Tea from 1937 to 1945 was an important part of the national tea purchase and marketing policy of the national government of the Republic of China.The State Monopoly for Purchase and Marketing of Fujian Tea complied with the request of public opinion to revive the tea industry and maintain the foreign trade of Fujian tea during the war.But in the concrete implementation,the benefit distribution,the trade effect and so on stratification plane were unsatisfactory,which caused the government and the Fujian tea industry’s contradictory conflict.The tortuous course of the State Monopoly for Purchase and Marketing of Fujian Tea is the epitome of the management of the National Government of the Republic of China tea industry,which reveals to some extent the difficulty of the development of Fujian tea industry in the late period of the Republic of China.
