优质护理联合亲情化护理在体表血管瘤患儿治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理联合亲情化护理在体表血管瘤患儿治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月~2021年5月我院收治的64例体表血管瘤患儿为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施优质护理联合亲情化护理,对比两组患儿治疗依从性、患儿家属配合度、患儿家属护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿家属配合度、患儿治疗依从率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理联合亲情化护理应用于体表血管瘤患儿治疗中,可有效提高患儿的治疗依从性、患儿家属的配合度及护理满意度,降低并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing combined with affectionate nursing in the treatment of children with superficial hemangioma.Methods A total of 64 children with superficial hemangioma treated in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing lots method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received high-quality nursing combined with affectionate nursing.The treatment compliance,the cooperation degree of family members of children,the nursing satisfaction of family members of children and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The cooperation degree of family members and treatment compliance rate of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing combined with affectionate nursing in the treatment of children with superficial hemangioma can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children,the cooperation degree of family members and the nursing satisfaction of family members of children,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
