摘　　要：为了实现模型石膏作为缓凝剂在水泥生产中的应用,对模型石膏和天然石膏、脱硫石膏的化学成分、放射性、矿相及热重进行分析测试,研究了三种不同种类的石膏在不同品种水泥中的应用效果,以及模型石膏不同掺量条件下对P·Ⅰ型硅酸盐水泥性能的影响。研究结果表明,模型石膏可以作为水泥缓凝剂用于水泥生产,对改变模型石膏现有填埋处置方式、实现资源化利用提供了技术支撑,对陶瓷主产区的模型石膏处置利用有较大的现实意义。In order to realize the application of model gypsum as retarder in cement production,the chemical composition,radioactivity,mineral phase and thermogravimetric of model gypsum,natural gypsum and desulfurized gypsum were analyzed and tested.The application effects of three different types of gypsum in different kinds of cement and the influence of different dosage of model gypsum on the properties of P I type Portland cement were studied.The results showed that the model gypsum can be used as cement retarder in cement production,which provides technical support for changing the existing landfill disposal method of model gypsum and realizing resource utilization,and has great practical significance for the treatment and utilization of model gypsum in main ceramic production areas.
