“十全大补”发酵中药渣饲用安全及应用效果的研究

摘　　要：试验探讨"十全大补"发酵中药渣的饲用安全性及其在断奶仔猪生产中的应用情况。试验将48头21日龄仔猪随机分为对照组和"十全大补"发酵中药渣组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。饲喂28 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,"十全大补"发酵中药渣组日粮干物质含量显著降低,盐分含量显著升高(P<0.05),玉米赤霉烯酮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,"十全大补"发酵中药渣组断奶仔猪平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),平均日采食量、料重比和仔猪腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。"十全大补"发酵中药渣显著增加仔猪血清白细胞(WBC)、总蛋白(TP)含量、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,显著降低丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,有增加血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,"十全大补"发酵中药渣符合国家饲料安全标准,可以显著提高断奶仔猪生长性能及抗氧化力,降低腹泻率,对机体体液免疫有积极作用。The experiment was to investigate the feeding safety of’Shiquan Dabu’fermentation Chinese herbal medicine additives(fermented CHR),and the effect of fermented CHR on growth performance of weaned piglets.A total of 48 piglets weaned at 21 days of age were randomly assigned to control group and fermented CHR group,with four replicates in each group and six piglets in each replicate.The experiment lasted for 28 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,dry matter(DM)in fermented CHR group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),salt of the fermented CHR was significantly increased(P<0.05),the zearalenone content of the fermented CHR was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the average daily gain in fermented CHR group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the average daily feed intake,feed conversion ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The fermented CHR significantly increased the content of WBC,TP,and ALP,GSH-Px vitality,deceased the content of MDA(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of IgA and IgM were increased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The experiment indicates that the content of nutrition and mycotoxin all met the national feed hygiene standards,and the fermented CHR can increase growth performance and antioxidant ability,reduce diarrhea rate,and has a positive effect on the body’s humoral immunity.
