摘 要:试验研究海藻粉和维生素B_(2)对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响。采用4×2(海藻粉×维生素B_(2))完全随机试验设计,选取800只体重相近的25周龄的健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为8组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只蛋鸡。海藻粉补充水平分别为0、2.0%、4.0%、6.0%,维生素B_(2)补充水平分别为5.0、8.0 mg/kg。预试期1 w,正式试验期4 w。结果显示,日粮添加海藻粉对产蛋率、蛋料比、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度均有显著影响(P<0.05),产蛋率、蛋黄颜色和蛋壳强度与海藻粉添加量呈正相关,料蛋比与海藻粉添加量呈负相关。日粮添加维生素B_(2)对产蛋率、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度均有显著影响(P<0.05)。海藻粉和维生素B_(2)协同对产蛋率、蛋料比、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度均有显著影响(P<0.05)。研究表明,海藻粉和维生素B_(2)对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响存在协同效应,6.0%海藻粉+5.0 mg/kg维生素B_(2)的效果最为理想。The experiment studied the effect of seaweed powder and vitamin B_(2) on laying performance of laying hens.A 4×2(seaweed powder×vitamin B_(2))completely random experiment design was used.80025-week-old healthy Hyline brown layers with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into eight groups,with five replicates in each group and 20 hens in each replicate.Seaweed powder supplementation levels were 0,2.0%,4.0% and 6.0%,respectively,and vitamin B_(2) supplementation levels were 5.0 and 8.0 mg/kg,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 1 w,and the trial period lasted for 4 w.The results showed that dietary supplemented with seaweed powder had significant effect on laying rate,ratio of feed to egg,yolk color and eggshell strength(P<0.05).The laying rate,yolk color and eggshell strength were positively correlated with the amount of seaweed powder,and the ratio of feed to egg was negatively correlated with the amount of seaweed powder.Dietary supplemented with vitamin B_(2) had significant effect on laying rate,yolk color and eggshell strength(P<0.05).The synergy between seaweed powder and vitamin B_(2) had significant effect on laying rate,ratio of feed to egg,yolk color and eggshell strength(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that seaweed powder and vitamin B_(2) have synergistic effect on the laying performance of laying hens,and the effect of 6.0%seaweed powder +5.0 mg/kg vitamin B_(2) is the most ideal.
