摘　　要：试验研究蒙兽药巴布-7有效成分复方(BSEIC)对感染致病性大肠杆菌O_(1)(E.coli O_(1))腹泻犊牛生长及血液中相关免疫因子的影响。将48头体况相近的初生荷斯坦犊牛,随机分为6组:对照组(NC)、阴性对照组(EC)、阳性对照组(CIP)、蒙兽药巴布-7有效成分复方低剂量组(BSEIC-L)、中剂量组(BSEIC-M)、高剂量组(BSEIC-H),犊牛连续灌药7 d,2次/d。除NC组外,其他5组犊牛在第5 d口服致病性大肠杆菌E.coli O_(1)(2.50×10^(11)CFU/mL,100 mL/头)。结果显示,BSEIC可以有效维持与增加体重、减少腹泻率;BSEIC可以修复致病性大肠杆菌所致小肠肠黏膜损伤。BSEIC可以不同程度提高免疫因子白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平,减少炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。研究表明,蒙兽药巴布-7有效成分复方能够有效治愈致病性大肠杆菌导致的犊牛腹泻,降低死亡率;中剂量效果最佳。The experiment studied the effect of ingredients compound of Babu seven(BSEIC-7)on growth and related immune factors of diarrhea calves infected with pathogenic E.coli O_(1) in blood.48 newborn Holstein calves with similar body condition were randomly divided into six groups.Control group(NC),negative control group(EC),positive control group(CIP),low-dose of effective ingredients compound of Babu seven(BSEIC-L),medium-dose group(BSEIC-M),high-dose group(BSEIC-H).The calves in each group was given continuous medicine for 7 d,twice a day.The calves in other five groups except NC group caused disease by oral administration E.coli O_(1)(2.50×10^(11) CFU/mL,100 mL/head)on the 5 th day.The results showed that BSEIC can effectively maintain and increase calf body weight and reduce the rate of diarrhea.BSEIC can repair small intestinal mucosal damage caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli.BSEIC can increase the levels of immune factors IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γ,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6.The experiment indicates that the BSEIC-7 can effectively cure the disease calves diarrhea caused by enterobacteria and reduce the mortality.The BSEIC-M is optimal.
