摘 要:为筛选能高效降解伏马毒素,并拮抗串珠镰刀菌的菌株,试验通过十字划线法和平板扩散法进行串珠镰刀菌拮抗菌的初筛,通过酶联免疫吸附法进行伏马毒素降解菌的复筛,并探究了菌株在不同时间、温度、pH值条件下最适降解条件。结果表明,筛选到1株对伏马毒素有强降解作用的拮抗串珠镰刀菌菌株R3-7,降解率为98.92%;结合菌落形态、16S rDNA鉴定和生理生化试验,确定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。该菌株的最佳降解时间为9 h,最适降解pH值为7.0,最适降解温度为37℃。In order to screen for strains that can efficiently degrade fumonisins and antagonize Fusarium moniliforme,Cross-hatch method and plate diffusion method were used for screened strains antagonized Fusarium moniliforme.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used for screen strains degrading fumonisins.The degradation characteristics of strains under different time,temperature and pH values were studied.The results showed that the strain R3-7 antagonizing Fusarium moniliforme and have strong degradation of fumonisin was screened,and the degradation rate was 98.92%.Combined with colony morphology,16S rDNA identification,physiological and biochemical experiments,the strain R3-7 was identified as Bacillus subtilis.The optimum degradation time of the strain was 9 h,the optimum degradation pH value was 7.0 and the optimum degradation temperature was 37℃.
