基于空间布局优化视角的山西现代化工业体系构建

摘　　要：经过40多年的发展,山西工业规模稳步增长,结构有所优化,产品质量提升,外贸水平明显提高,与此同时,山西工业存在增速慢于全国、缺乏核心技术、采矿业依然主导工业发展等不足。在具体布局上,工业呈现“北弱南强”的现象;新兴产业“点状布局”,未能形成燎原之势;产业集聚效应亟待提高;工业企业综合竞争力较弱。在此基础上,构建山西现代化工业体系,应努力打造“三区、三轴、三带”的空间布局,形成转型发展的增长极,培育协同合作的产业集群,基于区域特点分类发展工业园区。After development for more than 4 decades,the industrial scale in Shanxi has increased steadily,structure optimized,product quality improved,and the level of foreign trade significantly improved.However,industry in Shanxi has some deficiencies,such as slower growth,lack of core technology,and interdependence on mining industry.In the specific layout,the industry presents a"weak in the North and strong in the South"layout.The"dot layout"of newly emerging industries fails to spark widespread influence.Industrial agglomeration effect needs to be improved and the comprehensive competitiveness of industrial enterprises is weak.Therefore,to build a modern industrial system in Shanxi,we should strive to build a spatial layout of"three zones,three axes and three belts",create a growth pole for transformation and development,cultivate collaborative industrial clusters,and develop industrial parks for categories with regional characteristics.
