谈苏文纨的“围城”——《围城》探秘之六

摘　　要：方鸿渐虽未完全忽略苏文纨,但却无法忍受她“善意的独裁”,而求爱话语与形式皆单调的赵辛楣又让她感到“讨厌”,唯有曹元朗愿意做她忠实的狗,所以她选择嫁给了曹元朗。苏文纨是小说的点题人物,她的“围城”图景与罗素的“鸟笼”颇有不同。Although Fang Hongjian does not completely ignore Su Wenwan,he could not stand her"benevolent dictatorship".She feels"disgusted"at Zhao Xinmei,whose courtship were monotonous in words and form.Only Cao Yuanlang is willing to be her faithful follower,so she choose to marry to him.Su Wenwan is the subject character of the novel,and her picture of Fortress Besieged is quite different from Russell's"bird cage".
