农民工返乡创业意愿影响因素及其作用机制研究

摘　　要：在国家实行乡村振兴战略的背景下,基于人力资本、社会资本和心理资本理论,构建以社会资本为中介变量,乡土情结和创业心理资本为调节变量的教育人力资本对农民工返乡创业意愿影响机制模型。通过问卷调查进行实证分析,结果表明:教育人力资本对农民工返乡创业意愿有正向影响;社会资本在教育人力资本与农民工返乡创业意愿之间起着中介作用;乡土情结和创业心理资本分别正向调节社会资本和农民工返乡创业意愿的关系;乡土情结和创业心理资本分别正向调节社会资本在教育人力资本和返乡创业意愿关系中的中介作用。研究结果丰富了农民工返乡创业意愿影响因素的理论研究,对实现乡村振兴具有一定的启示意义。Under the background of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization in China, based on human capital theory, social capital theory, and psychological capital theory, a mechanism model investigating the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start a business is constructed, in which educational human capital with social capital is taken as the intermediary variable and rural complex and entrepreneurial psychological capital as the moderating variable. The research results show that education human capital is positively related to the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start a business;social capital plays an intermediary role between education human capital and the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometowns;Native land complex and entrepreneurial psychological capital positively moderate the relationship between social capital and migrant workers’ willingness to return home to start a business;Native land complex and entrepreneurial psychological capital positively moderate the mediating role of social capital in the relationship between educational human capital and returning entrepreneurial intention.The research results have enriched the theoretical research on the factors that influence the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start a business, and at the same time have certain enlightenment for the revitalization of rural areas.
