摘　　要：针对设备维护过程中,因ABB变频器升级换代所造成的备件缺乏以及产品升级带来的技术问题,从工作中的应用实例出发,总结与归纳汇川MD880变频器替代ABB ACS800变频器的实践经验,分别从替换流程和开机过程中遇到的问题的分析与解决方案等方面进行了介绍。In the process of equipment maintenance,due to the lack of spare parts caused by ABB converter upgrading and the technical problems caused by product upgrading,this paper summarizes Huichuan MD880 converter replacing ABB from the application examples in work.The effective experience of ACS800 converter is introduced from the replacement process and the analysis and solutions of the problems encountered in the startup process.
