摘 要:以湖北某钢铁厂综合废水处理提标改造项目为例,分析了废水处理不达标及超标排放的原因,并根据水质特点选择了格栅+隔油沉砂池+平流沉淀池+接触氧化池+高效沉淀池+V型滤池+超滤+两级反渗透的提标改造处理工艺。废水经过深度处理后,新水耗量明显减少,出水水质达到《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB 50050—2017)的再生水水质要求,并可提供脱盐水。实践表明,该工艺路线选择合理,运行稳定可靠,可为同类钢厂综合废水提质改造提供参考。Taking the comprehensive wastewater treatment and upgrading project of a steelworks in Hubei Province as an example, the reasons for the wastewater discharge exceeding the standard are analyzed. According to the water quality characteristics, the upgrading process of grid, oil-isolation grit chamber, horizontal sedimentation tank, contact oxidation tank, high efficiency sedimentation tank, V-type filter, ultrafiltration, and two-stage reverse osmosis is selected. After the advanced treatment of wastewater, the consumption of new water is significantly reduced, the effluent quality meets the requirements of reclaimed water in the Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment(GB 50050-2017), and desalted water can be provided. Practice shows that the selection of process route is reasonable and the operation is stable and reliable, which can provide reference for upgrading and reconstruction of comprehensive wastewater in similar steelworks.
