摘 要:传统供热控制系统通过室内温度控制和室外温度补偿的方式来调节供热量,存在着采集数据困难、设定参数复杂的问题。为了解决上述问题,本文从供热实践出发建立了基于热转移效率的控制理论。依据该理论,只需根据供回水温度的变化,就可以实现优秀的供热效果。本文定义了热转移效率,推导了热转移效率的计算方法E-Ai(E代表ECO,Ai代表人工智能),完整地描述了基于热转移效率的供热控制理论。展示了该理论的三个经典应用案例和一个验证性实验。这些实践验证E-Ai算法可行性的同时,证明了基于热转移效率的控制理论:通过控制热转移效率来控制热转移的热量。上述研究成果表明,供热的舒适度同热转移效率高度相关。本文还提出“舒效比”(RCE:the ratio between comfort level and efficiency)的概念,为有效评价供热舒适度和系统效率,提供了新思路。The traditional heating control system adjusts the heat supply through indoor temperature control and outdoor temperature compensation,which has the problems of difficulty in collecting data and complicated parameter setting.To solve the above problems,this paper establishes a control theory based on heat transport efficiency from the heating practice.According to this theory,only according to the change of the supply and return water temperature,an excellent heating effect can be achieved.This paper defines theheat transport efficiency,derives the calculation method E-Ai(E represents ECO and AI represents artificial intelligence)of heat transport efficiency,and fully describes the heating control theory based on heat transport efficiency.This article shows three classic application cases of the theory and a confirmatory experiment.While these practices verify the feasibility of the E-Ai algorithm,they also prove the control theory based on heat transport efficiency:Control the amount of heat transferred by controlling the efficiency of heat transfer.The above research results show that the comfort of heating is highly correlated with the efficiency of heat transfer.This article also proposes the concept of"the ratio between comfort level and efficiency(RCE)",which provides a new idea for effective evaluation of heating comfort and system efficiency.
