摘　　要：某大型火电机组锅炉过热器在运行期间发生爆管事故,爆口具有短时超温特征。通过对爆管管样及爆口附近管样进行宏观检查,内壁氧化情况、金相组织及硬度等检测分析,弯头处沉积较多的氧化皮,金相组织晶界出现碳化物析出等老化现象,导致材料本身的性能下降,因而发生短时超温爆管。针对具体失效原因,提出了过热器管控制壁温、定期清理、更高等级管材更换等改进措施,以保障机组的安全稳定运行。A tube burst accident occurred in the superheater of a power plant during operation,and the burst has the characteristics of short⁃time overheating.Perform macroscopic inspection inner wall oxidation,metallographic structure and hardness testing and analysis of the tube sample and the tube sample near the explosion mouth.It is determined the reason for short⁃time overheating tube burst is that more oxide scale is deposited at the elbow,and aging phenomena such as carbide precipitation at the grain boundary of the metallographic structure will eventually lead to degradation of the material itself.Based on the specific failure reasons,improvement measures such as wall temperature control of the superheater tube,regular cleaning,and replacement of higher⁃grade tubes are proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
