摘　　要：目的分析对进行通气治疗的慢阻肺急性加重患者实施肠内免疫营养支持的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月-2020年3月期间在我院收治的202例慢阻肺急性加重患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组各101例。对照组实施常规肠内营养支持治疗,观察组实施肠内免疫营养支持治疗。观察比较两组实施治疗后营养指标以及实施通气治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果干预前,两组营养指标水平比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组转铁蛋白、白蛋白、血清前白蛋白指标均好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组呕吐、腹胀腹泻、再次感染的发生机率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对进行通气治疗的慢阻肺急性加重患者实施肠内免疫营养支持可有效改善患者营养水平,提高机体免疫,降低通气治疗期间不良反应的发生风险。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of enteral immunonutritional support in patients with acute exacerbation of copd treated with ventilation.Methods 202 patients with acute exacerbation of copd who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects, and 101 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission.The control group received conventional enteral nutrition support therapy, and the observation group received enteral immunonutrition support therapy.To observe and compare the incidence of nutritional indexes and adverse reactions during ventilation treatment in the two groups.Results Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in the level of nutritional indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, transferrin, albumin and serum prealbumin in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea and reinfection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral immunonutritional support for patients with acute exacerbation of copd treated with ventilation can effectively improve the nutritional level of patients, improve the body′s immunity, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions during ventilation treatment.
