摘 要:目的分析不同孕期孕妇生化八项指标变化及临床意义。方法分析经医院伦理学委员会批准,随机选取医院2018年1月-2020年1月体检的孕妇98例作为研究对象,其中妊娠早期(1~13周)37例、中期(14~27周)30例、晚期(28周~)31例,分别纳入早期组、中期组、晚期组。另在同期选择体检健康非妊娠的女性98例,将其纳入对照组。清晨抽取空腹肘静脉血10ml,离心处理后留下血清,使用全自动生化分析仪配合葡萄糖氧化酶法测定TC、TG、UREA、SCr、FPG、2hPG;使用酶直接比色法检测HDL-D、LDL-C水平。比较四组受试者血糖、血脂和肾功能指标水平。结果四组受试者FPG、2hPG水平差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。晚期妊娠孕妇的FPG、2hPG水平高于早期、中期孕妇及对照组。早期组、中期组及晚期组孕妇血糖水平高于对照组。四组受试者TC、TG、HDL-D、LDL-C水平差异比较有统计学意义(P>0.05)。晚期孕妇TC、TG、HDL-D、LDL-C水平高于早期、中期及对照组,且早期、中期、晚期HDL-D、LDL-C水平高于对照组。四组受试者UREA、SCr水平差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。晚期孕妇UREA、SCr水平低于对照组、早期组和晚期组。早期组、中期组和晚期组UREA、SCr水平低于对照组。结论检测不同孕期孕妇生化八项指标,分析TC、TG、UREA、SCr、FPG、2hPG等指标变化情况有助于更好了解孕妇健康。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of eight biochemical indexes in pregnant women during different gestational ages.Methods With the approval of the ethics Committee of the hospital, 98 pregnant women underwent physical examination in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected, including 37 cases in the first trimester(early group, 1~13 weeks),30 cases in the second trimester(middle group, 14~27 weeks)and 31 cases in the third trimester(late group, >28 weeks).Another 98 healthy non-pregnant women were set as control group.After centrifugation treatment of 10 ml fasting elbow vein blood, serum concentrations of TC,TG,SCr, FPG and 2 hPG were measured by using fully-automatic biochemical analyzer and glucose oxidase method.Then the blood glucose, blood lipids and renal function indexes were compared among groups.Results FPG and 2 hPG levels had significant difference among four groups(P<0.05).The levels of FPG and 2 hPG in late group were higher than those in early, middle groups and control group.Blood glucose levels of pregnant women in early, middle and late groups were higher than those in control group.TC,TG,HDL-D and LDL-C levels had significant difference among four groups(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,HDL-D and LDL-C in late group were higher than those in early, middle and control groups, and the levels of HDL-D and LDL-C in early, middle and late groups were higher than those in control group.UREA and SCr levels had significant difference among four groups(P<0.05),which were the lowest in late group and the highest in control group.Conclusion Detection of biochemical indexes in pregnant women during different gestational ages including TC,TG,UREA,SCr, FPG,2 hPG and other indicators can effectively monitor the healthy status of pregnant women.
