摘 要:目的观察电话回访和微信咨询的方法对于减少角膜塑形镜佩戴者安全隐患和增加佩戴者依从性两方面的重要性。方法选取2017年1-6月在我院初次验配角膜塑形镜且连续配戴2年以上的青少年近视患者1554例,年龄8~16(10.21±2.27)岁,近视度数:右眼:-1.00~-5.00(-3.25±-1.07)D,左眼:-1.25~-4.50(-2.75±-1.31)D,利用电话回访和手机微信咨询两种方式,对角膜塑形镜佩戴者进行定期回访,内容包括护理方法、视力满意度、佩戴舒适度、角结膜并发症、是否定期来院复诊、是否定期更换。观察通过电话回访和微信咨询的方法对于降低佩戴角膜塑形镜安全隐患和增加佩戴角膜塑形镜患者的依从性两方面的重要性。结果 1.护理方法:方法不正确的256人次,全部得到改正。2.视力满意度:配戴三个月内不满意的79人;75人得到改善,4人弃戴。3.佩戴舒适度:异物感12人,晨起摘镜困难42人,全部解决。4.出现角结膜并发症53人,通过到院复查后用药,症状全部消失。5.定期复查情况:未按时复查203人;通过回访引导回院复查157人;6.到期未换片的456人,电话回访后来院换镜的有215人。7.微信咨询每日平均55人,能及时解决问题的45人,建议来院复查的5人。结论通过定期的电话回访和微信咨询能够有效提高角膜塑形镜佩戴者的依从性,减少角结膜并发症的发生几率,及时解决患者在佩戴过程中的问题,同时提高患者到院复查率和满意度。建立手机微信和定期的电话回访是角膜塑形镜配戴安全性行之有效的方法。Objective To observe the importance of telephone return visits and WeChat consultation in reducing the safety risks of orthokeratology wearers and increasing the wearers′ compliance.Methods We enrolled 1554 myopia patients who had been continuous wearing orthokeratology more than 2 years in our hospital from January to June 2017.The age of the patients was 8~16(10.21±2.27)years.The refractive errors in the right and left eyes were-1.00~-5.00(-3.25±-1.07) and-1.25~-4.50(-2.75±-1.31)diopters(D),respectively.We made periodic return visits by making telephone calls and WeChat consultation, mainly including nursing methods, visual satisfaction, wear comfort, keratoconjunctival complications, whether return to visit and replace the lens regularly, in case to observe the importance of telephone return visits and WeChat consultation in reducing the safety risks of orthokeratology wearers and increasing the wearers′ compliance.Results 1.Nursing methods: totally 256 patients with incorrect methods were corrected.2.Visual satisfaction: 79 patients were dissatisfied within three months, 75 of whom improved and 4 discontinued.3.Wear comfort: 12 patients had foreign body feeling, 42 patients had difficulty in removing the lens in the morning, all these problems were solved.4.There were 53 patients had keratoconjunctival complications.After reexamination and medication, all symptoms disappeared.5.Regular return visits: 203 patients failed to come to the hospital on time;157 patients were guided back to hospital for reexamination.6.A total of 456 patients failed to replace the lenses on time, 215 of whom came to the hospital to replace the lenses after a follow-up call.7.On average, there were 55 patients consultating through WeChat each day, 45 of them could be solved in time, and 5 of them were suggested to come to the hospital for reexamination.Conclusion Regular telephone follow-up and WeChat consultation could effectively improve the compliance of orthokeratology wearers, reduce the incidence of keratoconjunctival co
