对德国体育俱乐部模式的思考及启示

摘　　要：体育俱乐部是德国体育的基石。本文运用文献资料、比较分析、专家访谈等方法,对德国体育俱乐部的运营模式及其在大众体育、竞技体育、体育产业领域发挥的积极作用进行了分析。结合我国实际,提出以下建议:不断完善相关政策法规,为社会体育俱乐部又好又快发展提供保障;加强配套的软硬件建设与供给,为社会体育俱乐部的发展奠定基础;强化各级体育部门和单项协会对社会体育俱乐部的业务指导、行业支持和监管,激发高质量发展活力;创新社会体育俱乐部的运营方式,构建多元化资金来源渠道。Sports clubs are the cornerstone of German sports. By way of literature review,comparative analysis and expert interviews,this paper analyses the operation mode of German sports clubs and the active role they play in mass sports,competitive sports and the sports industry in the country. In light of the actual situation in China,this paper suggests: continuously improving relevant policies and regulations to ensure the healthy development of social sports clubs;strengthening the construction and supply of supporting software and hardware facilities to lay the foundation for the development of social sports clubs;strengthening the professional guidance,industry support and supervision of sports authorities and individual associations at all levels for social sports clubs;stimulating high-quality development vitality;as well as innovating the operation mode of social sports clubs and developing diversified sources of funds.
