摘　　要：目的:开发来源于蒙医药古籍《观者之喜》的蒙药经典名方“苏格木勒-7”的暖宫七味胶囊剂型新药,观察对比暖宫七味胶囊和现有制剂暖宫七味散松弛平滑肌、止痛的药效学作用。方法:采用新西兰大耳白种家兔离体肠管考察暖宫七味胶囊和暖宫七味散对平滑肌的松弛作用;对雌性昆明种小鼠采用热板法和醋酸扭体法考察两者的镇痛效果。结果:离体肠管实验表明暖宫七味胶囊和暖宫七味散均能使平滑肌发生不同程度的松弛,且暖宫七味散作用优于暖宫七味胶囊;热板法和醋酸扭体镇痛法表明,暖宫七味胶囊和暖宫七味散均能使小鼠痛阈提高,并且暖宫七味散效果更好。结论:暖宫七味散松弛平滑肌和止痛的药效学作用均优于暖宫七味胶囊。Objective:Develop the new Nuangong Qiwei capsule dosage form of the Mongolian medicine classical prescription“Sugemul-7”,which is derived from the ancient Mongolian medicine book“Guan Zhe zhi Xi”.And compare the pharmacodynamic effects with Nuangong Qiwei Powder to relax smooth muscles and relieve pain.Methods:The intestinal tube of New Zealand big-eared white rabbits was used to investigate the effects of Nuangong Qiwei Capsules and Nuongong Qiwei Powder on smooth muscle;the analgesic effects of both the hot plate method and the acetic acid writhing method were used to investigate the analgesic effects of the two in female Kunming mice.Results:In vitro experiments show that both Nuangong Qiwei Capsules and Nuangong Qiwei Powder can relax smooth muscle to varying degrees,but the Nuangong Qiwei Powder is better.The hot plate method and the acetic acid writhing analgesic method show that both Nuangong Qiwei Capsule and Nuongong Qiwei Powder can increase the pain threshold of mice,and also Nuongong Qiwei Powder is better.Conclusion:The pharmacodynamic effects of Nuangong Qiwei Powder on smooth muscle relaxation and pain relief are better than those of Nuangong Qiwei Capsules.
