摘　　要：汽车领域正处于一个极具挑战性的历史时刻,电动化、智能化、网联化和共享化是这个不断变化的主要领域。汽车正日益成为软件密集型的复杂系统,汽车行业的大部分创新都是基于电子和软件。本文通过公司全新电子架构的整车开发案例,根据门径管理提出了基于全新电子架构的整车软件质量管理平台并应用实践,旨在通过该项目质量管理模式的探讨和研究,能为汽车行业新产品开发质量管理模式提供可借鉴的解决方案。Automotive industry is in a challenging historical moment,and technologies are growing rapidly in electrification,intelligent,networking and car-sharing areas.Automobile industry is becoming a software intensive complex system,and most of the innovation is based on electronics architecture and software.The paper studies the application of stage-gate theory on new program quality management,so as to provide an effective tool for the success of new product development and customer satisfaction.
