摘　　要：本项目中药制剂生产废水主要包括中药浸膏废水和色素以及包衣粉清洗水。根据两股废水的水质特征,设计采用深度水解+UNITANK+脱色+除磷组合工艺进行处理。经组合工艺处理后,出水满足标准可达标排放。本项目自控系统完善,自动化程度较高。The wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine preparation production in this project mainly includes the wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine extract and the washing water of pigment and coating powder. According to the water quality characteristics of the two streams of wastewater, the combined process of deep hydrolysis, UNITANK, decolorization and phosphorus removal is designed for treatment. After the combined process, the effluent meets the standard and can be discharged up to the standard. The automatic control system of this project is perfect with high degree of automation.
