摘  要:目的:探讨超声检测甲状腺上动脉血流动力学在桥本甲状腺炎(hashimoto thyroiditis,HT)诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年3月于本院确诊为桥本甲状腺炎的患者共90例,甲亢组、正常组及甲减组各30例,另外选取同期健康查体中的健康志愿者30例作为正常对照组。治疗前分别观察病例组、正常对照组甲状腺的大小、形态、内部回声及血流信号,并检测甲状腺上动脉血流参数,同时计算PVH=Vmax×HR(患者心率)。结果:病例组的甲状腺上动脉血流Vmax、PVH、RI均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而病例组内RI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声检测甲状腺上动脉血流动力学对桥本甲状腺炎的诊断具有重要的临床意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of Hemodynamics Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT).Methods A total of 90 patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected,including 30 cases in hyperthyroidism group,30 cases in normal group and 30 cases in hypothyroidism group,in addition,30 healthy volunteers in the physical examination during the same period were selected as the normal control group.Before treatment,the size,shape,internal echo and blood flow signal of thyroid gland were observed in case group and normal control group,and the blood flow parameters of superior thyroid artery were measured,and at the same time calculate PVH=Vmax×HR(Patient's heart rate).Results The Vmax,PVH and RI of the upper thyroid artery in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),however,there was no significant difference in RI within the case group(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound examination of the Hemodynamics of the superior thyroid artery is of great clinical significance in the diagnosi sof Hashimoto thyroiditis.
