床旁超声技术在新生儿湿肺中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨床旁超声技术对新生儿湿肺诊断的影响因素及特点。方法:收集2020年12月—2021年6月我院NICU新生儿湿肺患儿56例,进行床旁超声检查,对检查结果及临床表现进行分析。结果:新生儿湿肺的床旁超声影像特点主要有:双肺广泛分布B线形成瀑布征,A线消失;实时检查时肺滑动征减弱或消失,肺搏动增强。结论:新生儿湿肺的超声表现有一定特点,可为临床诊断提供早期安全无辐射的重要影像学诊断依据,并评估其治疗效果。Objective Explore the bedside ultrasound technology to the influence factors and characteristics of diagnosis transient tachypnea of the newborn.Methods To collect our NICU newborn children with wet lung 56 cases,bedside ultrasound examination,the result of the inspection and the clinical manifestations were analyzed.Results Neonatal wet lung bedside ultrasound image features are:double lung widely distributed B line form a waterfall,A line disappear;Real-time check lung sliding tax reduced or disappeared,increase lung throb.Conclusions Sonographic findings of neonatal wet lung has certain characteristics,and can provide early for clinical diagnosis of safety an important imaging diagnosis on the basis of no radiation,and evaluate its therapeutic effects.
