福建省县域乡村地域多功能评价及发展类型划分

摘　　要：客观评价乡村地域多功能并划分乡村发展类型,是明确差异化乡村振兴路径的重要手段。通过构建多功能评价指标体系,采用全局空间自相关分析福建省县域乡村农业生产、经济发展、社会保障、生态保育和旅游休闲5项功能空间分异特征,划分不同区县乡村发展类型,并提出未来乡村振兴的政策建议。研究发现:(1)乡村地域功能空间差异显著,全局空间关联集聚性明显,各项功能空间格局明确,生态保育功能尤为突出;(2)由评价结果,将研究单元划分为3类7种乡村发展类型,单功能主导型包括农业生产主导型、生态保育主导型和旅游休闲主导型,双功能主导型包括农业生产—生态保育型、经济发展—生态保育型和经济发展—社会保障型,以及综合发展型,并根据不同乡村类型特征提出差异化乡村振兴路径。Evaluating the rural territorial multi-functions objectively and dividing the rural development types are important approaches to clarify differentiated rural revitalization paths.By constructing a multi-functional evaluation index system,this paper analyzes the spatial differentiation characteristics of agricultural production,economic development,social security,ecological conservation,and tourism and leisure function in Fujian Province based on global space autocorrelation analysis.We also divide the rural development types of different counties and districts,and put forward policy proposals for rural revitalization.The results show:(1)The distribution of rural territorial function is obviously different,the overall spatial correlation and agglomeration are obvious,and the ecological conservation function is particularly prominent;(2)Based on the evaluation results,the research unit can be divided into three categories and seven types of rural development types.There are three types in single-function-dominant type,including agricultural-production-dominant type,ecological-conservation-dominant type and tourism and leisure-dominant type.Besides,dual-function-dominant type consists of three types,namely agriculture production and ecological conservation-dominant type,economic development and ecological conservation-dominant type,economic development and social security-dominant type.And the last type names comprehensive development type.In terms of the characteristics of the above types,the differentiated rural revitalization paths have been proposed.
