调经种子养膜方联合微刺激方案对卵巢低反应性不孕症临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究调经种子养膜方联合微刺激方案治疗卵巢低反应性不孕症疗效。方法:采用随机数字法将2019年2月—2020年2月本院收治的卵巢低反应性不孕症女性86例分为两组,分别为西医组(n=43,微刺激方案)及中西医结合组(n=43,调经种子养膜方联合微刺激方案),对比两组患者治疗前后性激素水平变化,获卵数、ET日子宫内膜厚度、MⅡ卵数、MⅡ卵受精率、优质胚胎情况及妊娠。结果:两组治疗后血清卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇均较治疗前降低,且中西医结合组低于西医组(P<0.05)。中西医结合组获卵数(3.2±0.5个)、ET日子宫内膜厚度(7.8±2.5mm)、MⅡ卵数(3.0±0.3个)、MⅡ卵受精率(98.7±3.7)%、优质胚胎率(78.7±2.8)%、优质胚胎数(2.0±0.2个)均高于西医组(P>0.05)。生化妊娠率、周期取消率、MⅡ卵受精率、HCG日雌二醇、Gn用量、Gn天数及临床妊娠率两组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:调经种子养膜方联合微刺激方案治疗,能够改善患者性激素水平,提高子宫内膜厚度及优质胚胎率,有助于提高妊娠率。Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of Tiaojing zhongzi yangmo prescription combined with micro-stimulation plan for treating infertility women with hyporesponsive ovarian.Methods:From February 2019 to October 2019,86 infertility women with hyporesponsive ovarian were divided into two groups(43 cases in each group)by the envelope sealed method.The women in study group were given Tiaojing zhongzi yangmo prescription combined with micro-stimulation plan,and the women in control group were given micro-stimulation plan only.The changes of sex hormone level before and after treatment,the number of eggs obtained,the endometrium thickness on ET day,the number of MⅡegg,the fertilization rate of MⅡegg,the high quality embryo rate,and the pregnancy rate of the women were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,and estradiol of the women in both groups had decreased significantly after treatment,and which of the women in the study group were significant lower than those of the women in the control group(P<0.05).The number of eggs obtained(3.2±0.5),the endometrium thickness on ET day(7.8±2.5mm),the number of MⅡeggs(3.0±0.3),the fertilization rate of MⅡeggs(98.7±3.7%),the quality embryo rate(78.7±2.8%),and the number of quality embryo(2.0±0.2)of the women in the study group were all significant higher than those of the women in the control group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the biochemical pregnancy rate,the cycle cancellation rate,the fertilization rate of MⅡeggs,the estradiol level on HCG day,the Gn dosage,the days of Gn used,and the clinical pregnancy rate of the women between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tiaojing zhongzi yangmo prescription combined with micro-stimulation plan for treating infertility women with hyporesponsive ovarian can improve their level of sex hormones,increase the endometrial thickness,and the high quality embryo rate,which contribute to the increase of pregnancy rate.
