摘  要:对朝阳沟油田除防垢集输应用情况进行了详细论述。通过调查研究,详细分析了朝阳沟油田生产用加热炉结垢的成因。除了介质含有一定量成垢离子、有机物、细菌以及泥沙等外,还分析了温度、压力、介质流速对结垢的影响及其对加热炉的危害。同时对6项除防垢技术应用进行了不同情况对比分析。The application of scale removal and anti scaling in Chaoyanggou Oilfield is fully discussed in this paper.Through investigation,the cause of scale formation in production heating furnace of Chaoyanggou Oilfield is analyzed in detail.In addition to analyzing conventional factors(e.g.scaling ions,organic matter,bacteria,sediment etc.),the influence on scaling and the harm to heating furnace of temperature,pressure and medium velocity are also analyzed.Also,application of six scale removal and anti scaling technologies in different situations are comparatively analyzed in this work.
