浅析石化装置工业阀门使用中存在的问题

摘　　要：石油是我国经济可持续发展的核心能源之一,在石油化工产品的开发过程中,工业阀门是不可或缺的部件。尽管在石化装置中工业阀门已经获得了广泛的应用,可是在应用过程中还是存在各种各样的问题,这些问题对石化产品的品质产生了极大的影响。基于此,首先介绍了JB阀门与API阀门的差异,然后分析了GB阀门的推广以及应用问题,最后探究了工业阀门在石化装置中的应用,以供参考。Petroleum is one of the core energy sources for China’s sustainable economic development.In the related development process of petrochemical industry,industrial valves are indispensable components.Although industrial valves have been widely used in petrochemical plants,there are still various problems in the application process,which have a great impact on the quality of petrochemical industry development.Based on this,this paper first introduces the differences between JB valve and API valve,then analyzes the promotion and application of GB valve,and finally explores the application of industrial valve in petrochemical plant for reference.
